Jefferson Security Bank reported net income of $784,781 for the year ended December 31, 2011, a decrease from $865,296 for the year ended December 31, 2010. As a result basic and diluted earnings per common share were $2.72 and $3.00 for the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
